The DeepBlu Project is an independently owned and operated education, speaking, consulting, and wellness organization founded by Christopher Workman. All DeepBlu Project programs, webinars, presentations, consulting services, publications, sponsorships, and business activities are conducted solely through the DeepBlu Project.

Christopher Workman holds professional, public-service, and association leadership positions. References to those positions, including his service with FBI-LEEDA and the Town of Cheswold, are included solely to describe his professional experience and qualifications.

The DeepBlu Project is not affiliated with, sponsored by, funded by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of  the Town of Cheswold, the Cheswold Police Department, FBI-LEEDA, or any other government agency, employer, nonprofit organization, or professional association unless a specific written partnership is expressly identified.

Separate Operations

DeepBlu Project activities are conducted independently using DeepBlu Project resources, accounts, contracts, registration systems, communications, and financial processes.

The DeepBlu Project does not use or provide:

• Confidential organizational information 
• Membership or vendor lists 
• Employer or association email accounts 
• Organizational personnel or administrative resources 
• Proprietary training materials 
• Logos or branding belonging to another organization without authorization 

Sponsorships and Business Relationships

All sponsorships, payments, contracts, and business arrangements associated with DeepBlu Project programs are agreements solely between the participating party and the DeepBlu Project.

Sponsorship of a DeepBlu Project program does not create a relationship with, access to, or endorsement from the Town of Cheswold, the Cheswold Police Department, FBI-LEEDA, or any other organization with which Christopher Workman may be professionally affiliated.

Sponsors do not control educational content and do not automatically receive participant contact information. Participant information will only be shared when an individual separately and affirmatively agrees to receive sponsor communications.

Professional Titles and Views

Professional titles are used for accurate biographical identification only. Statements, opinions, educational content, and recommendations presented through the DeepBlu Project are those of Christopher Workman and the DeepBlu Project unless otherwise expressly stated.

Ethics and Conflict Management

The DeepBlu Project is committed to transparency and to avoiding actual conflicts of interest, improper influence, preferential treatment, and the appearance that an outside organization endorses its business activities.

When a DeepBlu Project relationship could overlap with an official responsibility, the matter may require disclosure, independent review, approval, or recusal under the applicable organizational policy, law, or ethics requirements.
