Christopher Workman

Chief Christopher Workman is a career law-enforcement officer, author, speaker, podcast host, and founder of the DeepBlu Project. With more than 30 years as a first responder and more than 25 years in law enforcement, he addresses officer wellness, mental-health stigma, leadership accountability, and the gap between resources agencies offer and the support officers trust enough to use.

He is the author of Silence Behind the Blue Wall: Surviving the Mental Health Stigma in Police Culture and holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice.
